Back 2 School Giveaway & 5 Year Anniversary Celebration at Virginia Lake

Dear Community Partner,
We’re excited to invite your organization to be part of our Geared Up for Greatness
Back-to-School Block Party—a fun and impactful day dedicated to preparing local children
and families for a successful school year!

📅 Event Details:
● Date: Saturday, August 30, 2025
● Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
● Set-Up Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
● Location: North side of Virginia Lake, Reno, NV

This event will feature:
● Free school supplies
● Free haircuts
● Music and food trucks
● Raffles and giveaways
● Classic cars and entertainment
● Valuable resources from local organizations like yours!

Vendor Expectations:
We welcome local community organizations, nonprofits, and service providers to join us as
vendors. Each participating organization should:
● Bring a 10×10 pop-up canopy for shade
● Provide resources and/or giveaways for youth and families
● Be fully set up by 11:00 AM

Vendor Fee:
There is a $25.00 vendor fee to participate. Details for submitting payment will be provided
upon confirmation of your participation.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, share valuable resources, and
support local families as they prepare for the school year ahead.
