DESCRIPTION:Back 2 School Giveaway & 5 Year Anniversary Celebration at Virginia Lake\n\n\n\nDear Community Partner\,We’re excited to invite your organization to be part of our Geared Up for GreatnessBack-to-School Block Party—a fun and impactful day dedicated to preparing local childrenand families for a successful school year! \n\n\n\n📅 Event Details:● Date: Saturday\, August 30\, 2025● Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM● Set-Up Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM● Location: North side of Virginia Lake\, Reno\, NV\n\n\n\nThis event will feature:● Free school supplies● Free haircuts● Music and food trucks● Raffles and giveaways● Classic cars and entertainment● Valuable resources from local organizations like yours! \n\n\n\nVendor Expectations:We welcome local community organizations\, nonprofits\, and service providers to join us asvendors. Each participating organization should:● Bring a 10×10 pop-up canopy for shade● Provide resources and/or giveaways for youth and families● Be fully set up by 11:00 AM \n\n\n\nVendor Fee:There is a $25.00 vendor fee to participate.
